How to set up your profile?
Registration
To become a member of the social network, you must register. You can do this on the registration page. Carefully read the instructions on how to complete the registration without mistakes, because if you make a mistake more than three times, the system will automatically block you, and you will have to wait for the block time to expire. If you are not sure where you went wrong, it is best to contact support.
My Profile
The first thing you'll see on the page when you sign up is My Profile. You'll now need to fill in the required fields to complete your profile. It's also important to upload your profile and cover photo, as you won't be able to post until you do.
Although not required, it would be nice if you could fill in the optional fields about your pets as well as your role, whether you are just a pet owner or do something else related to pets. This is important because our social network offers the possibility of creating groups and pages for anyone who can influence the quality and health of your pets' lives.
What is gamification and how does it affect our daily lives?
Gamification is a concept that has increasingly been used in various fields in recent years, and its impact is becoming more evident. It involves the application of game elements in non-gaming contexts with the aim of enhancing engagement, motivation, and user satisfaction. This term encompasses a wide range of activities, from education and marketing to the healthcare industry and business.
When we talk about gamification, it is important to understand its meaning. Basically, gamification involves using game mechanics, such as points, rewards, levels, and challenges, in situations other than traditional games. This approach helps to encourage users to engage more actively in certain activities, encouraging them to achieve goals in a fun and interactive way.
One example of gamification in education is the use of online platforms that allow students to earn credits for successfully completing assignments or challenges. This approach not only motivates students to learn but also allows them to track their progress and success. In a similar way, many companies use gamification as part of their training programs to encourage employees to participate and adopt new skills.
In the world of marketing, gamification is used to increase interaction with consumers. Examples include sweepstakes, apps that reward users for making purchases or participating in promotions, and platforms that allow users to win prizes by participating in challenges or games. This approach not only increases customer engagement, but also improves brand loyalty and encourages repeat purchases.
In addition to education and marketing, gamification also plays a significant role in healthcare. For example, apps that encourage users to be physically active use elements of games to motivate users to set goals and track their progress. These apps often offer rewards for achieving certain goals, which further increases the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Despite all the benefits, it’s important to note that gamification shouldn’t be used as the only tool to drive engagement. While it can be very effective, its implementation requires careful planning and understanding of the target audience. Overuse of gamification elements can lead to a loss of interest or frustration for users, so it’s important to find a balance between entertainment and actual engagement.
In conclusion, gamification is a powerful tool that can significantly improve user experiences in various fields. Whether it’s education, marketing, healthcare, or another sector, proper implementation of gamification elements can result in greater engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Given the growing popularity of this concept, it is certain that in the future we will witness even greater use of it and the innovations that will come from it.

What are donations and how can I donate?
This page is of a non-profit nature. This means that the work and maintenance of the page is funded by the owner of the page from 'his own pocket'. Since there are people who would like to support the work of this site, we have enabled donations for specific things, server and domain costs, as well as certain plugins necessary for the site's operation. You can find the donation page if you go to the menu and select 'Donations' under 'My Profile'.
We use PayPal to process donations, but card payments via PayPal are also supported.
Of course we thought about our donors as well, so we decided to reward every donation with points equivalent to the value of the donation. Read more about it in 'What are points and what do you do with them?'.
What are points and what do you do with them?
If you have read about gamification, you already partially know the answer to this question. We introduced points to motivate members to communicate and collaborate with each other and because everything is easier with points. Instead of keeping track of user activities ourselves and then expanding user privileges on the site based on that, we simply encouraged users to regularly visit the site and collaborate with each other.
Dar points
You will notice yourself that for many actions you take on the site you earn points, but you also depend on the reactions of your friends to earn some points. To earn Dar only obligation is to be an active member. There are limits to how many points you can earn per day or per hour. Usually, these are limits on the first reaction of a certain type in a day. All points are saved in your wallet. More about this at: 'What is a wallet?'.
Ref points
Name Ref it comes from the English word 'referral', which in Croatian means 'recommendation', so these are points you get for successful recommendations of the site to your acquaintances, friends, and relatives.
Why did we choose this method instead of advertising in the media?
First of all, we ourselves don't like being bombarded with ads from everywhere. Another thing is that advertising costs money, and we have much more important expenses to pay. You can see what those expenses are on the page Donation.
But I can still see ads on the page!
Yes, on the site you see advertisements, but they are not 'ordinary' ads. These are 'Affiliate' or partner links that we use to offer you certain third-party products with extra discounts. The benefit is twofold for both you and the site because both you and we get discounts. We will never promote products that we haven't personally verified to be 100% useful, safe, and better than others.
How to recommend a page?
It's very simple. If you are browsing the page on a PC, in the right sidebar you have a button: 'Copy referral URL'; if you are using a mobile device, go to the page Referrals and click the button: 'Copy referral URL'. There, you also have direct links to popular social networks so you can immediately share your referral. When someone visits the site through your referral link or registers on the site through your link, you get Ref points.
Don points
You earn donation points when you make a donation. At the moment you make a donation, 1:1 points equal to the amount you donated will be added to your wallet.
Now that you know how to earn points, we will explain what the points are for. So, points are used to expand your options on the site. You do this by spending your points on a choice role. More about this at: 'What are roles and what are they for?'
